JP Morgan Corporate Run 2007

Yesterday I went to do route marshalling at esplanade for 20 bucks. Ha! Kind of a different experience. Not that route marshalling was so fun or wad. But watching how a whole lot of more than 12,000 participants from more than 300 companies in the CBD area run pass me feels great. Haha..

Haven been physically there to witness a marathon before and that feels kinda good. I cant imagine how fit our white collar workers are. Especially the Gurkhas. Awesome. They finished the 5km run in like less than 18 mins? Woah... hahaha.. They could jus run in lightning speed man. But then again, a couple of the corporate workers are as fit as them. Hehe..

However, the saddest thing is the heavy rain yesterday. The mud just likes to overflow out of the grass patch at Padang and my one and only sport shoe is cover with MUD! sigh.. Signifying its time to clean it and I HAVE.. (for those who thinks ying is lazy.. nah.. not this time.. Hahaha!) The organiser should have just not save cost and put wooden planks over the grass so that I can enjoy the whole thing even more.

But overall, I thought the event was well organised with all the proper deployment of volunteers and officials. The execution of the event and time management is all grEat. Hmm.. however, maybe next time, they don't have to ask the volunteers to come so early next time.. hee..
